The sandy strip beneath the clay cliffs

Loggas beach, also known as Logas or Sunset Beach, sits at Peroulades on the northwest tip of Corfu, a narrow strip of golden sand at the foot of tall, sheer clay cliffs.

The imposing, precipitous cliffs of clay give the shore its dramatic form, while the fine golden sand is a rare sight along rocky western Corfu. The beach is renowned for its sunset views, with bars and restaurants built on the very edge of the cliff. The nearby village of Peroulades keeps a Venetian air, with mansions bearing Venetian arches and coats of arms.

Access is by a paved road as far as Peroulades and then down steps and a descending path to the sand. The facilities, a bar and cafe, are mostly above the beach, where there is also parking.
