The double beach of Corfu

Corfu’s most famous "double" beach: two back-to-back bays sharing a thin neck of land, on a wild headland below the village of Afionas.

It has no road and no facilities — reach it by a ~30-minute downhill walk (wear closed shoes) or by water taxi. Its dazzling turquoise water and the rare twin-bay geometry make it an iconic spot.
