Kampos Beach, Lesvos

A wild surf beach on the west coast

A long, golden sandy beach backed by greenery — olive groves and gardens run almost to the shore — on the exposed northwest coast, near Antissa/Gavathas. It is a known surf spot thanks to its big waves.

Essentially undeveloped: no sunbeds, bars or tavernas — only a small shaded picnic area. Bring shade and supplies. Quiet in terms of crowds, but as an open west coast expect wind and swell.
