Where tradition says Odysseus landed
By tradition, this is where Odysseus landed on his return to Ithaca; the name ("Dexa") refers to the right side of Vathy’s harbour. It is the easiest beach, right beside Vathy, just off the road.
It is not sandy: coarse sand, pebbles and stones, in a narrow strip.
