A beach with tamarisks and an old mine

A large sandy beach with turquoise water and dense tamarisks reaching the waterline — you can lie in their shade beside the sea. The second beach of Loutra, it is overlooked by an imposing abandoned ore-loading platform from Kythnos’s old mines.

Very easy access — on foot from the Loutra settlement, by road or by boat. Semi-organized (a taverna and rooms nearby).
