The long shore with the chapel of Agios Nikolaos

Kondyli beach, also known as Agios Nikolaos, stretches along the Argolida coast southeast of Nafplio, a few kilometres past the village of Drepano. At one end stands the whitewashed chapel of Agios Nikolaos, which gives the beach its second and equally common name.

It is one of the largest and best-known beaches in the prefecture, its sand giving way to reddish pebbles at the far edge. It belongs to the wider Drepano area, alongside the neighbouring beaches of Plaka and Vivari, and holds a Blue Flag award.

It is organized, with seasonal umbrellas, sunbeds, a beach bar and café, and watersports through the summer months. The ground is pebble and coarse sand, with showers, WC and parking nearby, reached by a paved road.
