A remote black-sand beach
About 350 m of coarse, dark/black volcanic sand with a sandy seabed and shallow, warm water — family-friendly — surrounded by dunes. The island’s most remote, "wild" beach, a favourite of naturists and free campers.
On the east coast, ~10 km from Mandraki: a dirt road via Pali to a parking area, then a difficult ~10-15 minute path. It faces northeast, exposed to the Meltemi.
