A long, narrow sandy beach with dunes

A long, narrow sandy beach (~840 m long, ~15 m wide) in Lokris, ~4.7 km south of Cape Arkitsa (not to be confused with Schinias of Marathon). Sandy, gently shelving — only ~5 m deep at ~130 m out — shallow in the first metres, good for children.

Backed by natural dunes of dense tamarisk, palm and broad-leaved trees, with little development. Partly organized; access by private vehicle only.
